We are a family based operation operating within the Calgary Real estate market since 1996. At first, our operations were mainly property management by having managed various rental properties. As the Calgary vibrant real estate market developed our operations grew by entering the renovations segment. Since 2007, we’ve been working on developing semi-detached dwellings in the Shaganappi area of Calgary.
Our goal is to become number one choice to our contemporary minded clients by developing the promising properties and the selection of properties we own in Shaganappi and Killarney.
Our professional philosophy has been shaped by our desire to build modern, comfortable and above all quality build homes that will be enjoyed by its valued owners while residing in it in these dynamic times.
Each project is being meticulously evaluated, scrutinized and overseen in order to achieve our professional philosophy. Our work is supported by qualified tradesmen whom we’ve worked over the years.
The team is headed by Sasho Manevski who brings a wealth of organizational and managerial experience.
Jordan Manevski with his 40yrs of a construction experience and a tradesman himself oversees our subcontractor base.
