Our goal is to build high quality European style modern homes to the growing sophisticated Calgary clientele.
Clean and simple, yet powerful straight lines are the basis for each project. Interior space of each project is organized in an open concept with rational division of space that makes sense while allowing maximum usage of natural light within the depth of each dwelling unit. Main aim for the exterior design is to be modeled as a composition of volumes treated differently in colors and materials, creating clean and rhythmical visual language. The choice of colors and materials is done so that each project does not intrude the context, yet introduces new, fresh and sophisticated streetscape appearance.
The Interior coloros follow the exterior ones thus creating a full circle of unified coloring scheme.
WARRANTY
We partner up with Progressive Home Warranty in order to provide home warranty protection that meets or exceeds the requirements of the New Home Buyer Protection Act. As we build each home, we work closely with Progressive Home Warranty which makes regular periodic site inspections in order to achieve such an excellence. The Home Warranty is divided into four time segments covering differing areas of your home:
1 Year Material & Labour Warranty:
The first year of warranty covers against defects (items that do not conform to warranty standards) in workmanship and materials that appear after you move in to your new home. This takes care of finishes throughout the home, including any defects in flooring, paint or trim.
2 Year Mechanical Systems Warranty:
It extends to the crucial mechanical systems of the home. This coverage extends to any defect in materials and labour supplied for the gas, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning delivery systems.
5 Year Building Envelope Warranty:
Building envelope means the exterior shell of the home, including the roof and walls. We warrant against water penetration and a number of other hazards that threaten the comfort and beauty of your new home. Two additional years of coverage are available.
10 Year Structural Defects Warranty:
This covers the key structural components of your home, including its frame and foundation.
Quality
Commitment to quality is one of the two pillars of our work, the other being to build modern European style homes. Prior to building, each home is carefully scrutinized and evaluated for critical building areas needing additional attention. QualiStat is our principal adviser for each project with sole aim to achieve a Building performance that goes beyond minimum building code requirements, resulting in lasting, efficient and comfortable structure. The critical building issues are effectively communicated with the trades to achieve desired quality outcome. Selection of trades is done based on their commitment to quality workmanship so in case certain work needs more attention the trades’ provide it readily and eagerly. Service calls are being addressed to the full home owner’s satisfaction
