Development Permit DP2017-0492 for the project Despina at 2302 - 21 Ave SW, Calgary has been issued by the City of Calgary. We're looking forward to develop this wonderful project
Building Permit
A Bulding Permit BP2017-13264 and BP2017-13263 has been isssued by the City of Calgary. The Construction work is continuing with a normal pace.
Demo Permit
The City of Calgary has issued Demolition Permit BP2017-11734 thus clearing the way to proceed with the Construction Phase of the Project Natasha

Conversion
Another Project is being prepared for Develpoment at 2303 21 Ave SW in Calgary as the Real Estate Market Conditions slowly improve. Architects are hard at work shaping the project.
